Our Story
Piper's Perks started with a simple belief: the best things take time. A sourdough loaf needs hours. A croissant needs folds — dozens of them. And a neighborhood deserves a place that feels like home.
That's what we've built here on SW Tualatin Valley Highway. A bakery where the ovens start before sunrise, the coffee is poured with care, and every regular's name is known. We source locally when we can, bake everything by hand, and refuse to cut corners — even the ones you can't see.

What We Do
Buttery croissants, rustic sourdough, cinnamon rolls that actually live up to the hype, and seasonal tarts made with what's fresh. Everything leaves the oven between 5 a.m. and noon.
Espresso drinks pulled to order, single-origin pour-overs, specialty lattes with house-made syrups, and a rotating selection of loose-leaf teas. Pair anything with a pastry — it's encouraged.
Locally roasted coffee beans, small-batch preserves, artisan cheeses, baked gift boxes, and pantry staples we'd actually keep in our own kitchen. Think of it as a pantry with better taste.
